Setlhoa Office Park

Location – Setlhoa, Gaborone, Botswana

This low-rise low-density office development was completed in September 2019 and it comprises 8 free standing buildings each with 4 office units plus one larger single user building. The offices were all sold under sectional title.

Pinnacle Park

Location – Setlhoa, Gaborone, Botswana

The first phase of PrimeTime Property Holdings offices in Setlhoa village was complete in 2019. A total of 4 421m² of office space was provided in four buildings, two with basement parking and two with at grade parking.

Prime Plaza

Location – New CBD, Gaborone, Botswana

Prime Plaza consists of 4 office buildings providing A-grade office accommodation to the likes of Absa, CIPA and Time Projects. Just over 12 500m² of lettable area is provided in this modern state of the art office precinct.

Mashatu Terrace

Location – New CBD, Gaborone, Botswana

Set to be the first 5 star green rated “As-Built” buildings in Botswana, these A – grade office buildings are the home to Bank Gaborone and First Capital Bank. The precinct provides ±7 000m² of lettable area in two buildings with a basement over the full extent of the site.

Central Square

Location – New CBD, Gaborone, Botswana

This 6 000m² sectional title development with a full basement over the full site, provided the opportunity for us to sell office units within the CBD, to office users as small as 75m² but also cater for large 3 000m² users.

The Office

Location – Showgrounds, Gaborone, Botswana

Completed in 2014, this was a novel concept where office users bought offices in the complex and shared all the facilitates such as the reception area and receptionist, boardrooms, meeting rooms, gym, ablutions, coffee shop, and pause area etc. The difference between this and other similar facilities is that these were sold as 25m² or 37m² sectional title units.

Letsema Office Park

Location – Showgrounds, Gaborone, Botswana

This office park with three independent buildings was developed as an investment for the Botswana Public Officers Pensions Fund. In total 5 600m² was developed with basement parking under each building and the balance of the parking provided at grade.

Deloitte Head Office

Location – Showgrounds, Gaborone, Botswana

The Deloitte Head Office was completed in 2012 and provided 2 700m² lettable area over three floors. A basement under the building allowed for 54 underground parking bays and the balance was at grade.

KPMG

Location – Showgrounds, Gaborone, Botswana

The KPMG building was one of three that we developed on the site, the others being AFA House and the Bergstan/Flemings head offices. The KPMG building was developed to the high-quality finishes as required by the KPMG corporate specification. The building was completed in 2008 and provided 2 100m² of lettable office space.

South African High Commission

Location – Main Mall, Gaborone, Botswana

The South African High Commission was developed in 2001 specifically for the High Commission. This landmark building in the main mall has 2 010m² of office space and basement parking over the full extent of the site.

Banc ABC

Location – Showgrounds, Gaborone, Botswana

This turnkey development in the Showgrounds Office Park was developed for BancABC on their plot. The building had some interesting features, especially the circular staircase in the main lobby.

Bank Gaborone Main Mall

Location – Main Mall, Gaborone, Botswana

This joint venture with Botswana Housing Corporation, the landowners, was completed in 2007 and was developed as the then head offices of the new bank in Botswana, Bank Gaborone.

Morojwa and Mowana Mews

Location – New CBD, Gaborone, Botswana

These two office buildings were developed for sale under sectional title and were done in partnership with the landowner. This ultimately was the first phase of the development of the site and the second phase was the development of Mashatu Terrace.
