The development has a touch of French Provence in its design style and finishes. The estate is the first of its kind in Gaborone with a mixture of townhouses, cluster houses and standalone larger houses all privately owned on freehold plots within a secure estate. This is one of the most sought after addresses in Gaborone with an open street scape and green areas that create very real a sense of community. The development was a joint venture with the Roman Catholic Church providing the land for development and Time Projects providing the development skills. A number of other firsts were included in this development at the time with it being the first residential development in Botswana with fiber optic communication systems and the first where each house had a grey water system integrated into its plumbing system. The houses were sold on a plot & plan basis on the open market with the demand far exceeding the number of units available.
