We are really excited about the prospect of housing Bank Gaborone in our latest building in the new CBD, This building will be the ninth building to be developed by Time in the new CBD.

The building measures 4500m² and provide ample parking on the site by means of basement and at Grade parking.

As usual with all Time buildings, this development will be A-grade office space and will provide all the quality finishes and green building technologies that have become a standard with Time Project’s buildings.

In addition to the normal “green building” practices that we implement in all our buildings, we are going the extra mile with this building and are attempting to achieve as a minimum a 4 star green building rating, a first for any building in Botswana.
